Track 01 – Huggin' tha Bowl (3:21)
Behind the Music
Huggin’ tha Bowl — forged during a Hertog Jan night deep in the southern Netherlands, where blacking out became an obligation.
Bart came alive, Mike rolled out the heavy cannons too early, and the evening dissolved fast.
Morning found Mike clutching a bucket, hissing like a broken espresso machine brewing stomach acid.
This wasn’t the only time when Mike's body created these ominous sounds.
On a Belgian tour, Peter and Bart rose hung-over but cheerful, while Mike whimpered in the camper, hugging the sheets as the road rolled on.
Laughter, suffering, and survival — huggin’ tha bowl.

Track 02 – Shouldn't Have Said Yes (4:56)
Behind the Music
Shouldn’t Have Said Yes — a hymn to bad decisions and the wisdom that arrives too late.
It began with a friend, grey-faced at the bar, gripping his beer like a lifeline after a doctor’s visit best left undescribed.
Larger than life, suddenly quiet, recounting probing hands and vanished dignity.
Captain Hindsight took the wheel.
Maybe lived, maybe learned, maybe wisely denied.
A good boy never tells — but the song does.

Track 03 – Go the Fuck to Sleep (4:42)
Behind the Music
Go the Fuck to Sleep — a lullaby forged in exhaustion and poor planning.
Bart drifted through life just fine until nature answered a casual “let's see what happens” with a toddler and a surprise set of twins.
Nights dissolved into feeding rounds, half-read stories, and prayers whispered at closed doors.
Love remained, sleep vanished, sanity followed.
Borrowing its name from Adam Mansbach’s bedtime book, this song is a plea, a curse, and a truth every sleepless soul knows.

Track 05 – Baba Yaga (6:09)
Behind the Music
Baba Yaga crawled out of Slavic folklore and parked herself somewhere down south.
Sometimes helper, sometimes horror — always present.
A house on wandering paws, toothless smiles, and an appetite for youthful souls.
Whether she helps or haunts depends entirely on the day.
Lyrics
Track 06 – The Torture (Never Stops) (5:09)
Behind the Music
One job after another, all leading nowhere in particular.
You work, you move, you don’t turn into an old fart — that’s already a win.
Hope dangles like a sausage on a string.
The torture never stops — and neither do we.
Lyrics
Track 07 – Big Bad Wolf (5:06)
Behind the Music
Big Bad Wolf? That’s Mike in his natural habitat.
Swagger, instinct, and a grin in the dark.
Red Riding Hood beware — this wolf hunts for the fun of it.
Lyrics
Track 08 – Tits ’n Beer (5:13)
Behind the Music
Ever meet that friend who refuses to admit he’s a chip off the old block?
Loud, proud, and completely unaware why he’s showing off.
Deep down, maybe we’re all a little like him.
Lyrics
Track 09 – You Dawg (2:59)
Behind the Music
Bart strikes again — late night, too much booze, reading the room all wrong.
Chaos, mischief, and zero filter.
That’s our drummer.
